Inspect the chute in the compactor room for mechanical issues and document with descriptions and pictures. Is the chute securely hung or does it move around? Do you see any broken hangers? Do you see and holes in the chute? Is the discharge fire door fusible link intact and do the rollers appear to be working? Do you see any other issues? If you have no issues to report enter "No"! *
