Guarantee
At OFF THE WALL, we don’t just clean homes — we keep them looking great. When we wash your exterior, we stand behind that work for a full 12 months.
We guarantee your exterior siding will remain free of organic growth (algae, mold, and mildew) for one year from the service date. If organic growth returns during that time, we’ll come back and take care of it at no extra charge.
Covered exterior siding surfaces include: vinyl or wood siding, brick, stone, and stucco.
This guarantee is specific to residential siding surfaces we’ve treated and covers organic growth only. It does not cover surface dirt, pollen, spider webs, mulch or grass splash-back, or other unrelated debris.
Transferable Guarantee
If you sell your home within the 12-month coverage period, the remaining guarantee can be transferred to the new owner. To transfer, the new owner simply needs to register the ownership change with our office within 30 days of closing.
This guarantee applies to residential customers only.
